3. Are you open for Franchise or Partnership?
Yes. Kindly send your Letter of Intent to firstname.lastname@example.org. We contact you within 24-48 hours.
4. How are items priced on Immart?
All products on our website are sold at the same price as our offline stores
5. What is the minimum order value?
We dont require a minimum amount each transaction.
6. Can someone abroad order and deliver locally?
Yes. Anyone can order on the site as long as the area where products will be delivered are covered by Immart.
7. Can I request for substitute items in case some of the products I ordered are unavailable?
Unfortunately, all unavailable items during the picking process will be left out. This is a system limitation at the moment. Watch out for this substitution feature in the future. Final charges to your account will be based on actual items fulfilled.
8. How can I get updates of my order?
You will be receiving email or text notifications regarding the status of your order.For email notifications, in case they are not in your primary inbox, please check your spam or promotions folders. If you don't receive any notification, please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com.
9. How do I pay for my order?
You can pay using debit card, credit card, Gcash, 7-Eleven, Mlhuiller, Cebuana or Cash on Delivery.
10. Do you give Senior Citizen / PWD discount?
We cannot offer the Senior Citizen / PWD discount. Currently, there is no policy in place for senior citizen discounts applied to online transactions. Nevertheless, we will abide with government regulations should this be updated.
11. Do you accept item replacements?
For any replacement concerns, kindly send an email firstname.lastname@example.org. Our dedicated customer service staff will get back to you within 24 hours. Requests for replacement are only valid if: The product delivered is damaged or expired The product delivered is incorrect or different from the one posted on the site Replacement shall not be accepted unless customer strictly complies with the following conditions: The item to be replaced is duly supported by a receipt covering the sale of the replaced goods The items were returned for replacement within seven (7) days from receipt of product with complete tags and labels, with no defect or damage, in its original box, unopened and untampered except for goods with visible factory defect or were clearly expired Refund of order is subject to approval of management.
12. What areas do you currently serve?
We are currently serving select areas in Pampanga, Tarlac, La Union but we will be announcing expansion soon for other areas nationwide.
13. What are your delivery hours?
Our regular delivery hours are from 10am to 6pm.
14. How do I know if you received my order?
All successfully placed orders are verified within 24 hours. An SMS/Email confirmation will be sent to confirm your orders.
15. Can I change the delivery address of my order?
The shipping or delivery address indicated in the order can no longer be changed. In case of errors in the address, please email email@example.com at least 24 hours before your chosen delivery schedule to cancel your order.
16. How long before my orders get delivered?
We offer same day delivery and advanced ordering up to 3 days.For same day delivery, allow us to process and deliver your orders within 1-2 hours once you received call/sms to confirm your order.
